Transcription
Digital
Our digital dictation system supports all digital dictation files including iaf, wav, dss and mp3. Email your digital dictation file to us and we will arrange for it to be transcribed and the final documents sent to you via email.
Tapes
We provide transcribing services for micro, mini and standard cassettes. Simply post or courier your cassettes to us and we will return the completed dictation to you via email. We will also arrange for your tapes to be returned to you via post or courier.
Precedents
We understand that precedents are an important part of every firm’s image. If your precedents do not conform to your style guide or are just out of date and need reformatting simply email, fax or post them to us and we can update them with your firm’s styles, fields, cross referencing, automatic table of contents etc.
I-Deal Docs Coding
We specialise in coding documents with the I-Deal Docs document automation program, specially designed to be used with Microsoft Word. This program is ideal for streamlining the generation of your precedents.
When your staff member generates a document which has been automated using I-Deal Docs they will be presented with a series of automatically generated dialogue windows in which they enter data. I-Deal Docs then generates the document based on the data entered into the dialogue windows.

We use Microsoft PowerPoint to design your presentations. Either email or fax an outline of your presentation and we will design it to your requirements.

Rates
As we offer a variety of services our rates to do vary. We do offer our clients the option of a per audio minute rate for audios as well as an hourly rate. Please contact us. to discuss our schedule of rates.
